Sorry for your loss . Paul(Nip) was my former brother in-law . He was a great athlete in his time . He held records for being the fastest runner from the city of Albany . Played many a basketball game with him and still picture him hitting a swish .I worked with Paul at beginning of my career when he was assistant director of Albany County food stamps . Paul was father to my niece Rachael Finn , nephew Eric Finn and grandfather to my great nephew Bradley Arthur Finn. It´s been many years since we have seen Paul . May his memory be a blessing. RIP.

Tracy and family, I am shocked and deeply saddened to hear of this. I am so sorry for your loss of Paul. He was one of the coolest people I have ever met. He was intelligent, caring and funny. A real people person. He was also a mentor to me. One of those people you would say " yeah, I would like to be like him". I am blessed to have copies of a few of his drawings. He loved when I brought in venison kielbasa and jerky. I already missed him here and thought of him often but I would see him from time to time outside the building. I will miss him even more now. My condolences to all.
