paul was my cousin,he and his sister Donna and I were close in our youth.In growing up Donna and I drifted apart but Paul and I remained close friends regardless of our many faults and I am proud we were cousins.I thank God Billy his brother and Donna came to tell me of pauls passing.I also Pray for both of them to be able to deal with the night mare of finding him in that condition.I love all of u and I am so sorry for your loss.I am here for u if you need me
