Paul Freck Obituary
ASHEVILLE - Paul Michael Freck, 58, of Asheville, died Thursday, March 22, 2012. A native of Buncombe county he was the son of the late William Dugan and Joyce Hunt Freck. He is survived by his loving brothers, William D. Freck, Jr., and wife, Karen, all of Chesapeake, Va., and Roy C. Freck and wife, Jenny, of West Columbia, S.C.; sister, Donna J. Johnson and husband, Ray, of Marion, N.C. and niece Dawn Michelle. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Eblen Charities, 50 Westgate Parkway, Asheville, NC 28806. paul was my cousin,he and his sister Donna and I were close in our youth.In growing up Donna and I drifted apart but Paul and I remained close friends regardless of our many faults and I am proud we were cousins.I thank God Billy his brother and Donna came to tell me of pauls passing.I also Pray for both of them to be able to deal with the night mare of finding him in that condition.I love all of u and I am so sorry for your loss.I am here for u if you need me

I miss Paul so much and he was my cousin and I was so devastated to hear of his death. He was a good person regardless of his faults. He will be missed dearly.

Deepest sympathies to family. I only knew him for a short time but am thankful for the time I was able to share with him. He was a blessing to our church, the first to volunteer or help.
