Paul V. Hemmelgarn

This is long overdue, but I want to send my gratitude for a teacher who gave me hope during challenging high school years. I keep the message he wrote to me in my graduation gift on my book shelf and when there are times I am forgetting who I am, I open up the book and am reminded of the time when he helped me to be brave and believed in me...just me... Thank you Mr. Hemmelgarn for still inspiring hope even after 14yrs of your physical passing. I believe your spirit lives on in the hearts...

I was so sad to hear about Paul. I have such fond memories of you two in the registration office years ago. You were such a support to me and others at SJA. I wish you peace and good health Millie during this difficult time.

Millie, Sorry to hear of Pauls' passing to eternal life. I never got to know him but sure you will have an empty spot in your life. My thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time.

Fred and I were so saddened to hear about Paul's death. I immediately saw both of you sitting in the registration office behind the beloved gymnasium at St. Joans! could it have just been yesterday?
