Dear Mary, and Children,
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. We have been blessed with knowing Paul. As we witnessed, Paul was a kind and gentle man, with love for family, and music, and we have all been touched by his wisdom and faith.
Blessings, love, and prayers,

Dear Mary,

I am so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. He was a good friend, and one who I look forward to seeing again. I'm am better off to have known both he and you. May Christ bless you and your family in this time, but know that WE will see him again!

Dear Mary & Karam family
I just heard about the sad news of Paul's passing. Paul was a wonderful caring individual. He always talked proudly of his family and he was always a pleasure to work with. I know he will be missed by us all for his god nature, compassion and good deeds.

I am sorry to hear of Mr Karams passing.I was a student when he first came to Berlin High.I have thought of his words many time over the years since High School.I was a lost insecure brat, but he was the one who made me believe that my one little note counted. It has been something that I have carried with me all my life and am truly greatful for his giving of it to me.

Dear Karam family,
I offer my deepest sympathy to you for the loss of your loved one. I was in the band for four years and Mr. Karam had a great impact on me. He was a great leader and had a way of making every band member feel important. He was so dedicated and committed it was contagious. May God give you the strength to accept his will.

Dear Karam Family,

I just learned today of Mr. Karam's passing. I am overwhelmed with sadness of this news. He was one of my dad's best friends and I will never forget how he held me up at my dad's wake. Never. Mr. Karam was the best and I was so lucky to bump into him years ago at McGee where I have one daughter left in that school and two at BHS. I remember being at the Big E with my dad and seeing Mr. Karam's band perform. So many great memories. My heart goes out to each...

It is very difficult to truly express the respect and admiration I had for Mr. Karam throughout my life. Not only was he a great influence on me as a musician, he was also a positive influence on me as a young man. I feel privelaged to have spent time with the entire Karam family as a friend in addition to a student. Seeing the love of family behind the public view of the director offered a view only his family usually experienced. He will be missed dearly, but his leagacy lives on in all who...
