Not sure what to say?

Its hard to bring yourself to write a message about paul, he was so kind so thoughtful about the people he loved and those who he only just met. His kind hearted spirit kept me going through tough times in school and loosing him is the worst feeling ever. I can just barely bring myself to write this now after two years its been so hard without him. He was always there to cheer you up when u where sad or calm you down if you got angry. He would take our family on beautiful vacation and he...

I worked with Paul at DuPont's Experimental Station for half a decade in the 1990s, and every encounter with him made me realize how lucky I was to have such fabulously interesting people as colleagues! Paul not only was a brilliant scientist but also was brimming with the spirit of life. Our far-reaching philosophical discussions will never be forgotten, nor will his endearing kindness. My deepest condolences to his family...

Sim and I would like to offer our condolences to Louise and all the family. I first met Paul while working at the Experimental Station and we spent some time together when Sim and Louise were working in P&IP. He was a brilliant scientist and was well respected by his peers. He was adept at bringing a smile to your face even in the most serious of discussions and never shy to demonstrate his skills on the piano. We will truly miss him.

DearFamily members,It is with deep regret that I learnt today from my friend Bruce at Pont Experimental Station that my Slovenian countryman, friend and collegue Paul passed away.Paul( Pavel) was excellent scientist and great character. We met during my visits to Wilmimgton and I enjoyed warm hospitality in his home. This is great loss to all of us, and his wife Louise and family members in particular. Pocivaj v miru, dragi Pavel.

So sorry to hear of this unexpected loss. I remember Paul as a brilliant scientist and a light-hearted character. Long after his retirement I would occasionally run into him on my walk home, while he was visiting his grand-children in our neighborhood. He was always gracious and would share a quick story of how things used to be and how they've become. Paul was a real gem! My condolences to the family.

So sad. Paul will remained forever in our minds and hearts.

So sorry to hear of Paul's sudden passing. I was in an adjacent office at the Du Pont Experimental Station, E356 from 1977-1990, which seems like a lifetime ago. Paul had an indominatable spirit and a love of life. At that time "Du Pont University" had some of the best chemical research in the country and Paul led the field, and world, in EPR. I had the privilege of using some of his liquid helium techniques to make some fundamental measurements which aided my research immensely. I also...

So sad to hear that someone so full of life and fun has passed too soon. I will always remember the good times we shared and the joyful spark that Paul brought to every gathering. Condolences to all the family.

My deepest sympathy to the family during this time of sorrow. May you find comfort in the fact that the Almighty God will make you firm and He will make you strong. He will firmly ground you during this time of grief. 2 Peter 5:10
