I really enjoyed talking with him and listening to his funny stories and observations over the years. Also enjoyed spending time with him and other RCC friends at his camp on ? lake. Patty, Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Paul. Paul was part of the cadre, of my police academy class. I continued to see him throughout our careers and after and always considered him a consummate professional. May Paul Rest In Peace
