I met Paul when was an active and outspoken member of Columbia Jewish Congregation and the Saturday morning Havurah service. We saw much less of him when he moved to Florida, though I saw him most recently at an event honoring Rabbi Martin Siegel when in only a few moments I felt connected to the Paul I knew. Paul was such a great supporter of NF. As an NF patient and parent of a daughter with NF, Paul was always a guiding light. The NF community will suffer a great loss. Our condolences to his family and friends.
