Mr Merriam was truly a source of love and inspiration to be more than what I knew; he was a man who was able to teach the hurting and do it through kindness and understanding entirely. I'm grateful for my lessons on guitar with Mr Merriam. I'm grateful that I had the pleasure of meeting Mr and Mrs Merriam together. I truly wish I could find the words to describe the way Mr Merriam helped me to see I could be more in life, and to look at others with compassion. Mr Merriam was truly a blessing...

I have many memories of standing in rapt awe and attention as Paul and Victor lead the congregation in lively worship. My dear Lou Anne, I can feel with you the loss of not being with someone you love dearly. I pray for you the comfort of your Creator's heart. Perhaps we'll be able to exchange skills in Heaven. Paul will become a better driver. I will become a more proficient musician. Shalom.

I have know Paul and Lou Anne my whole life. I have so many amazing memories of spending time in sacramento with them. From a young girl up until I was married and creating a life of my own.
