My family adored Paul. My mother was particularly fascinated with his bachelor lifestyle. I think she was envious of his freedom. I remember the day that Paul showed up at our Mobile Home in Hood River, OR. to see our son. Aaron was trying to walk around in his playpen. Paul's presence seemed to scare our little boy. Of course Paul was bigger than Ned.

One of the best ways to describe Paul would be describe a story that happened fourty some years ago. He stopped by at our house in Hood River while He was on a bike trip up north. When He was flying he would take his bike with him, and take excursions on his down time. We had a phone conversation with him in Dec. and he sounded like himself, I will really mis him.

Such a kind soul with such a wonderful smile. Took Jack and me on my first outdoor camping trip when I was 8 months pregnant and I can still hear him laughing over that experience! I always loved his visits and he will never be forgotten He was a dear cousin and will be missed
