My family adored Paul. My mother was particularly fascinated with his bachelor lifestyle. I think she was envious of his freedom. My father was a fellow Continental Airline Pilot which is where he met Paul. One particular memory I have involves Paul on a James Bond 007 mission. My father and brother had purchased a Piper trainer airplane and Paul took my younger sister up in it one summer afternoon in 1986. They flew all over the West Side of El Paso chasing trains, coyotes and the like. My sister pointed out the house of her boyfriend and it just so happened the two of them saw said boyfriend leaving the house in his red Audi. The two followed the car as it drove right on over to another house which happened to be the house of another female classmate. Needless to say the boyfriend was busted and could never figured out how his cheating ways were discovered. God bless Paul for his ability to see the positive in any situation, his smile, his laugh, his stories and his friendship all these years to my family. We love you Paul!

I remember the day that Paul showed up at our Mobile Home in Hood River, OR. to see our son. Aaron was trying to walk around in his playpen. Paul's presence seemed to scare our little boy. Of course Paul was bigger than Ned.

One of the best ways to describe Paul would be describe a story that happened fourty some years ago. He stopped by at our house in Hood River while He was on a bike trip up north. When He was flying he would take his bike with him, and take excursions on his down time. We had a phone conversation with him in Dec. and he sounded like himself, I will really mis him.

Such a kind soul with such a wonderful smile. Took Jack and me on my first outdoor camping trip when I was 8 months pregnant and I can still hear him laughing over that experience! I always loved his visits and he will never be forgotten He was a dear cousin and will be missed
