I fondly remember Paul from our years of working together at Carilion. He was a confidently quiet, smart, fun leader who cared about people: He had lots of 'soul'. He made a difference in Carilion's evolution and is one of those people I'll never forget. Condolences to Mary Rose and his family.

I was fortunate enough to have worked with Paul at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was always upbeat and certainly knew his job. I always looked forward to meeting with him to discuss nursing issues. I feel he was a positive influence and played a major role in the growth of RMH. Sympathies and prays are sent to the entire Woo family. May he forever rest in peace.
