Not sure what to say?

I can still see her walking into my English literature class, full of passion for life and willing to share that energy with her students. So glad I had her in my life. She inspired me. Thanks Mrs. S.

I remember her as a role model in my teenage years, when good role models were so important...in the 1960´s. Her passion for the arts supported me, a budding artist and art teacher, and it was her encouragement and support that lead to a career as an art teacher and a degree in art education. Without her support my life would have taken a different path. She was there for me at the crossroads and I remember that with gratitude.

“Fare forward, voyager...”. Among the many teachers who influenced me and impacted my life, you are at the top. When I finally found my direction in the arts, it was you who I turned to for advice. Your support and encouragement opened the doors to getting my BFA and the career I had as an art teacher. It is lovely to remember you here, and express my gratitude for being there at a pivotal moment in my life. Thank you.

Mrs.Scolnik was a great teacher who made literature come alive for her students. She also introduced us to poetry when she held poetry readings at her house. She was one cool lady

Paula was one of my favorite teachers at Edward Little, back in the late 1960's. She was witty and smart, and showed personal interest in our writing projects, and in our lives. My condolences to her family, and others who benefitted from her wisdom and kindness.

Mrs.Scolnik was my favorite, most important, adult role model in the fast moving 60's of my youth. She was such a gem of a human being. It was a privilege to be taught by her. Condolences to her family on the passing of this great lady.

Mrs. Scolnik was the first person to see and believe in me, as an artist. Her encouragement and support changed my life. I have always thought of her with great appreciation...one of those individuals one is so fortunate to have met.

My condolences to the family. Paula was one of my favorite customers when I was the manager of Bookland and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to consider her friend. I know she will be missed deeply!

Our sincere condolences to the Scolnik family in the loss of your dear love one. Our prayers are as yours, that God provide his care and comfort you each day.
