Not sure what to say?

I was deeply sadden by Polly's passing. I will not forget all of our fun and poignant conversations; Paula (it made her smile to be called Polly)will be deeply missed. I am so sorry for your loss.

My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to Paula's family. It was such a true joy and pleasure to know someone as beautiful as Paula Stephen. Rest in peace Paula.

I was saddened to receive the news of Paula's death last week. I worked at In a Pinch for a few years in the 90's and found her to be kind, thoughtful, fun, and creative. After moving to VT, I didn't see much of her but on occassion I would be in Concord and usually stopped at Still in a Pinch for lunch (as it is the best sandwich/soup place in town) and she always would recognize me and take time to visit. She will be missed by many, myself included. My condolences to her family and many...

So very saddened by the passing of a true sister. Paula not only made the best sandwiches in town. She had a way of making you feel important and would always greet you with a warm hug and smile. I am glad she was part of my life. She will be missed greatly and I am glad for all the memories I have of her. I will miss her smile and warm embrace. Ilene Malette,Concord

It is with a great deal of saddness that I learned of Paula's death. We meet a little over a year ago as a result of my relationship with Daisy (her cousin). I found Paula to be one of the most careing, understanding, and friendliest persons I have ever meet. She will be missed. My condolences.

Our condolences to Paula's family and friends. We enjoyed the atmosphere and goods of Paula's artful creations, In a Pinch and Still in a Pinch. Paula was always kind and friendly--even when battling illness--a very commendable feat. She will undoubtedly be greatly missed by her family, friends, and the Concord community. We are saddened by her death.
