LAVIOLETTE Pearl Martin Laviolette on Sunday, August 29, 2010. Age 78 years. Wife of the late Chester Laviolette, Sr. Mother of Paula Laviolette Fayard (Gerald) and Chester "Skip" Laviolette, Jr. (Sheila). Sister of Marie Phillips and the late Lindsey, Jerry, Paul, Charles Martin, Jr., Elsie Ohmer, Carey Martin, Lee Royal (1), Sterling, and Lee Royal (2) Martin. randmother of Stacy Reynier Brown (Scott), Warren Reynier, Jr., Chester "Joey" Laviolette III, Jennifer Laviolette Vitellaro (Ronnie), Monique Fayard Serpas (Jeff), Vanessa Fayard and the late Ryan Michael Laviolette. Great-grandmother of Cierra Costanza Laviolette, Tyler Costanza Laviolette, Bryanna Laviolette, Joycelyn Laviolette, Emili, Scottie, Ryan Gabriel, Max and Haley Brown and Ginger and Peyton Vitellaro. Also survived by many more nieces, nephews, family and friends. Mrs. Laviolette was a long time resident of Metairie and prior to her death was residing in Pearl River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM. Visitation will also be held on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park. Skip Paula and the huge Martin-Laviolette Clan. You ahve lost the Matriarch and heart of your family. I know the children will really miss her as she never met a child she didn't love.HE promised He would be with you in tryingtimes and he is with you now. May God Bless you and keep you and may Peace be with you now. Your mother was a wonderful mother and friend and she will be sorely missed by all.
