I met Peggy at a event hosted by Bank of America and became friends because of her beauty and strong will working for the bank. I owned a Chrysler deallership in Charlotte and she asked me to attend the her event. I didn't know Peggy very well, but was very impressed with her strong personality and knowledge of the banking industry. Not growing up with the family and meeting a number of the Hill's later in life, including Peggy, she took me in as if we grew up together. Through the years of getting to actually know Peggy, I learned that she was not an ordinary woman, but a woman that was blessed to have gods favor in all that she did. What an extraordinary life Peggy lived, and I could only hope to be the person she was. It was a blessing and a privilege to have known Peggy. May god be with the family.

Peggy was definitely one of the strongest women I've ever known. She was a second mom to me while I lived with her during my college years in Atlanta. She'll always be one of my favorite people in this life and will miss her always.
