Peter behind the Boat Bar at the Lost and Found was something to be cherished. A true NB character and friend in those 80's - mid 90's days.

I met Peter through my friend Joe College while Peter as a bartender at Frances Ford Coppola's restaurant on Columbus and Kearney. We hit it off and had lots of fun during my trips there from about 2004-07.

While I only knew Peter while guarding at NB Pool part of the past year, he was certainly a blessing to know and talk to...my deepest condolences and prayers to his wife, and family...He was someone I wished I knew longer, but will never forget in the barely 5 months I did know him....Marcos T.

Peter was the most kind person I've known, he was a legend in North Beach, he was a great honour to work with him at Cafe Zoetrope 20 years ago!

Peter would always come into original joes and say hello with a kiss on the cheek , sometimes on the lips. Reminded me of my dad doing that to me . I will think of you after sir . A kind man with a kind heart . You will be missed in North Beach ! Gianni A.
