Peter De Lucca Obituary
Local bartender and our beloved "Mayor of North Beach," Peter De Lucca passed suddenly and painlessly in his own home on August 29th. He will be sorely missed by the many he touched with his kindness, humor, and generosity.
We will celebrate his life with stories and toasts at the Bayview Boat Club on Saturday, October 21st from noon to 5 pm.

Peter behind the Boat Bar at the Lost and Found was something to be cherished. A true NB character and friend in those 80's - mid 90's days.

I met Peter through my friend Joe College while Peter as a bartender at Frances Ford Coppola's restaurant on Columbus and Kearney. We hit it off and had lots of fun during my trips there from about 2004-07.

While I only knew Peter while guarding at NB Pool part of the past year, he was certainly a blessing to know and talk to...my deepest condolences and prayers to his wife, and family...He was someone I wished I knew longer, but will never forget in the barely 5 months I did know him....Marcos T.

Peter would always come into original joes and say hello with a kiss on the cheek , sometimes on the lips. Reminded me of my dad doing that to me . I will think of you after sir . A kind man with a kind heart . You will be missed in North Beach ! Gianni A.

I am so sorry to hear of Peter´s passing. I have great memories of time spent, with Peter behind the bar, at Zoetrope. Loved running into to him after that at Joe´s. Wonderful man, will definitely be missed. RIP
