Your Dad attended many of our Veterans Day assemblies, at the various schools, in the Shorewood School District. Over the years, he was introduced as a guest of honor to hundreds of students for his service to our country. I remember that your Dad always came in his dress uniform. It was very special. Thank you for sharing your Dad with so many of us. My heartfelt sympathy to both of you and your families.

I am so sorry to hear of Pete's passing. There are not too many memories of our childhood that dont have the Goossen family in them! We were blessed to know you Pete! God's blessings to his family and especially Rosemary and her family here in Minnesota.
