PETER GREENE

I was a Howard 19yr old nursing student 35 yrs ago when I met Dr Peter Greene as I was dealing with severe acne and scalp psoriasis.. he was highly recommended by many: I saw him at HU Clinic, Benning Road & L´Enfant Plaza and the office .. saw him for yrs as he was the only doctor who could manage my symptoms. He made a compound for my scalp that worked wonders . When I moved away after college , I visited him for follow ups ; he refilled my prescriptions.. even my primary care doctor...

This legacy reminder popped up on my phone today. I was just thinking about Peter the other day. He was my friend. RIP, Peter.

dr greene was the best im just finding out about this he was on my mind because of my allergies and i decided to look him up and make and appointment and i found out he passed im hocked because im going through so many deaths at the moment and to hear of another one wow just blows me away its like a part of me also died with doctor greene i knew hiim since the 9th grade and on into adulthood he was the best derm in the world and im not just sayig that he was the only derm that identified...

I'm so sad to hear about this and very sorry for your loss. I was taken to Dr. Greene when I was a teen for my severe eczema(on Benning Rd). I had seen many other doctors, but no one seemed to know what to do except Dr. Greene. As years passed, I would run into him on occasion while in DC and he never forgot me:-) I am so grateful for the opportunity to have met him.

My deepest sympathies on the passing of your Dad. Peter was another brother to me, and another son to my Mom and Dad. My family loved him fiercely from the time we met in childhood. He was so bright... a walking encyclopedia, a kind and caring spirit, a committed Physician and a loyal friend. He was so proud of you both and I cherish the legacy he leaves in the both of you.
