He taught me how to program the old behemoth voting machines for the upcoming election. My heart is broken at the passing of my dear brother and near "twin" in childhood years. He served his country in wartime, then served his local community for four decades as election supervisor, and was devoted to his wife, Candace, for nearly as long. Candace, I am so grateful that he had your love and devotion for so very long. He was very lucky in love.
