I grew up in Rumson and remember Peter from St. Georges and RFHRHS. We were never friends but he was just a nice guy that you'd see around alot.
One thing that sticks in my mind is that he used to come into my parent's bar in Sea Bright(Milli's) in the early 70's. He'd grab a beer and shoot the breeze with my dad(Big Al). They were both very tall. There was a record on the jukebox,a song by Led Zeppelin that began with an acoustic guitar riff and ballad-like melody. "Over The Hills...
