I'm so very sorry for your loss. Peter's mother Mira was a close friend of my paternal grandmother, Barbara Zelinsky's and I know Peter and my father, Michael Zelinsky, knew each other well growing up. In a sad cooincidence, Peter and Michael have passed just one day apart from each other, on the 19th and 20th. I'd like to think they're laughing and telling stories together now.

I am so sorry for your loss. Pete was a great leader at Levi Strauss and Company where I worked for 32 years.

In midst of his climb w/Levi's, for several years, Peter was my boss, mentor & friend. I remember Mary, his Mom and the children. It's such a heartache to learn that his illness has taken him away from them. We had a great company team in the 80's/early 90's. Peter's leadership and teachings were invaluable to me--as were the many friendships he helped propel. I'm forever grateful for his part and meaningfulness in my life. I often wish for others that great memories sustain their grief. ...
