Peter Lackey Obituary

Peter James Lackey, born August 30, 1949, son of Harold Lackey and Dolores Christopher Donna, passed away on January 25, 2022, with family and friends by his side.

Peter served in the U.S. Marines as a Sergeant. He worked as a draftsman for Ocean Surveys, Inc., in Old Saybrook, for many years where he retired. He loved the New York Yankees and the Denver Broncos. He loved fishing and enjoyed his books as an avid reader.

He is survived by his sisters Eileen Rodriguez (Luis), Susan Sorensen (Stephen), Sandra Delude (Roy), Christine Lackey (Rick), and half-brother Fredrick Lackey (Glenda). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and very good friends, Noah and Linda Levine. Peter was predeceased by his sisters Carol Ramm and Elizabeth Liacone and his niece Katherine Lackey.
