Not sure what to say?

Think of Pete and his family often ... in my prayers Cindy from AGH

Great memories of Dr Lemon spent in Clinic at Allegheny General Hospital during his 6 year residency. I watched him develop his surgical skill...it was an honor to work with him and a greater honor to have known him well...love you Pete Cindy Gasparik..xoxo..my young son is now attending Pitt Dental school ...had fortune to meet Pete at very young age....was a influence on him...I wished had gotten to tell you Pete

I worked with Peter as clinical coordinator and his assistant throughout his 6 year residency at Allegheny General Hospital in pgh pa...we became very close during that time I watched him develop his surgical skill during that time. In addition to being a fine surgeon he was a wonderful person ...I'm heartbroken to hear of his death at the young age of 50...my deepest sympathy to his family.

Words can`t describe what Dr Lemon has done for me! The hours upon hours he spent reconstructing my face ,and the care he showed doing it was amazing! My heart pours out to his family! Rest in Peace Brother !!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you .

Peace,

David & Kelly Donato

In August of 2010 I took a very bad fall in my home, and that's when I met Dr Lemon.
He walked into the room about 6:00 am, introduced himself and said he would be sewing me up as soon as he got some instruments, at Methodist West.
I responded, we aren't going to surgery? Have you ever done this before, pointing to my face and saying, like this?
His response was "yes and worse." We chatted all the way through the stitching. What a humble man whi did such incredible work.
I know he...

Peter was always available to take care of facial trauma and would unselfishly allow University of Iowa residents to observe and participate in his surgeries; he was a tremendous learning and experience source in facial trauma for young physicians.

I am so sorry for the loss of your husband Beth. My thoughts and prayers to you and your children. Ashley, my daughter, was a patient of his several years ago and he was a great man.
