I didn't know Mr. Littlefield, however I own 2 Ordway wicker rocking chairs manufactured by his great-great grandfather. In researching the origins of the rockers I found a letter he wrote to Koreshan Unity State museum inquiring about chair patents. When I sit in my chair I sometimes think of the family that patented this unique rocker platform.
