I Worked with Peter, Ernie and Gibby summers when I was in high school for Lowe construction excavation. Peter was like a big brother and taught me a lot about construction. I've never met a harder worker than Peter. He was always smiling and patient as I tried to keep up with him. I never could. Ernie was my best friend and I think of him often. Rest easy my friend.

I'm so sorry to hear about Pete, my years working for the City of Meriden I ran into Pete a lot and I always stop by Spring water shop. Pete was the nicest person most helpful guy I ever met, my thoughts and prayers go out to your family God Bless You all. Love You Pete!

Elaine, Katie, P. J., and Stacey and all - our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of loss. May God comfort you as only He can - and may your many happy memories as a family comfort your heart in the days, months, and years ahead. With sympathy and love to all - Ron and Linda Hanson

Peter was a great person and Rose and I are in shock of his passing /always pleasant to talk with and a hard working individual

Our sincere condolences to the Lowe family. A Great business man, father, and grandfather. We had the privilege of knowing him and his father as customers at Mountain Spring for many years. We would laugh and joke as to many things like we could fill the the 5 gallon bottles to the neck and get an extra quart or if we were close to closing time we would say we drove all the way from Bridgeport could you stay open a little longer to get 7- 5 gallon bottles filled. Never forget I had to...

So, so sorry to hear of Peter's passing....my sincerest condolences to Elaine and Family. Peter was a rock who will be greatly missed. He was a "Salt of the Earth" wonderful guy who was and always will be my friend. He was my first childhood friend when my family moved to Meriden in 1957. We played together as children, went to school, went to prom's with our dates, and were on the Maloney Wrestling Team together. We saw each other less frequently after high school & marriage, but when...

I knew Peter through work and always found him to be a friendly person and a hard worker he will be missed by all who knew him.My condolences to his family at this time of sorrow.
