Not sure what to say?

Our deepest sympathy to the family. Pete will be missed as a cousin. He was a fine person who we all enjoyed seeing at Batten family picnics.

Mr. Mahler will and always be the best teacher entered Penny Highschool. His presence will alsways shine bright.

so sorry to hear of Peter's passing I worked with him most of his 35 years and he was truly a nice guy, a gentleman, and someone willing to always lend a hand.

I am saddened to learn of Mr. Mahler's passing. Although I never had him as a teacher, he was ever present in the hallways and basketball games at PHS in the 80's, and he always smiled and said hello. He seemed to really care about all the students. Mrs. Mahler, my thoughts are with you at this time

Dear Mrs. Mahler, I was thinking about you the other day, how you helped me get my first contracted teaching job at PHS after substituting several years at the middle school I am still so appreciative. You and Mr. Mahler are fine people who have touched many hearts. My love and prayers for you and yours. Christine Yates Trevett
