Not sure what to say?

Peter is an unforgettable man who stays in one's mind eternally as loving, kind, brilliant, handsome, humorous. He dearly loved his wife, Melanie, his children and his numerous friends. I feel personally blessed to have known him.

Dear Melanie, You have been on our minds and in our prayers this month. We have so many fond memories of Peter. As I wrote two years ago, having him in our lives was a special blessing. God bless you and your family, Janice and Larry Lowder

Peter Maier "stole" our hearts (as he did MANY MANY MANY others) upon our first meeting at Marin Theatre. Michael and I are so very sorry for your loss. What an incredible man Peter was. All our love. Thinking of you all.

Peter was a delightful, gracious gentleman! How blessed we were to have him in our lives. We are so thankful that our son, Scott, was able to make the journey this summer for a precious visit with Melanie and Peter. Melanie, prayers continue for you and all of your family.

Peter was so precious to me and one of my best mentors. I loved his jokes and constant teachings about everything in life. I love and will be eternally thankful for the opportunity to know such a great, amazing and inspiring man. Thank you Peter for everything! I love you

During the week of 9/11 it was true serendipity to meet you both in a London hotel lobby. Peter was amazed that we had been neighbors in Chicago. He was so bright, friendly, and such a pleasure to know. Our deepest sympathy to you and your family.
