Dear Ameline & Family

To the entire Pappas family: I had the opportunity to meet Peter back in 1985 while developing beverage mix products for the F&B industry. Peter Pappas was the true example of a genuine gentleman. He embrassed our concept with open arms and ingenuity and portrayed a wonderful compassion for two up and comming entrapenuers. Working with Peter and Dean has always left a memorable impression to this day. My heartfelt condolences to the family and may he rest in Peace. God Bless you all.

Today I was shocked to hear that Peter had passed on. His presence at Fieldstone Golf Club will be missed by all who had the honor and privilege of knowing him. Truly, he was a wonderful man and a great partner in a friendly Nassau. He loved playing golf at Fieldstone and he loved dining there with his family. My sympathy to all of the Pappas family.

My husband gets the pleasure of knowing you personally, I have always had the pleasure of knowing you thru your generousity to the needs of my community in affordable housing.

The one commitment you could always count on was Clement...

All though he did not know me personally he would always smile and say hi to me as he would pass by me in the office.

My thoughts and prayers are with the whole...
