To the entire Pappas family: I had the opportunity to meet Peter back in 1985 while developing beverage mix products for the F&B industry. Peter Pappas was the true example of a genuine gentleman. He embrassed our concept with open arms and ingenuity and portrayed a wonderful compassion for two up and comming entrapenuers. Working with Peter and Dean has always left a memorable impression to this day. My heartfelt condolences to the family and may he rest in Peace. God Bless you all.

Today I was shocked to hear that Peter had passed on. His presence at Fieldstone Golf Club will be missed by all who had the honor and privilege of knowing him. Truly, he was a wonderful man and a great partner in a friendly Nassau. He loved playing golf at Fieldstone and he loved dining there with his family. My sympathy to all of the Pappas family.

Dear Ameline, Clement, Edward and Zack,

Our hearts are heavy and saddened, please find comfort in every rememberance. If you can touch a single life you are good, if you can touch an entire county, you are great and that is what he did. My husband gets the pleasure of knowing you personally, I have always had the pleasure of knowing you thru your generousity to the needs of my community in affordable housing.

The one commitment you could always count on was Clement Pappas, a strong leader, a strong message and the strength to make a difference!

May God be with you and your family, so many have been blessed by his existance far beyond what is known.

God bless your family always and return to you the blessings you have given so unconditionally!!

Dear Pappas family,

I would like to tell you how shocked I was to here about the passing of Peter C. Pappas. I only worked with the company for seven months over the last two years and when ever Mr. Pappas came in I could tell he was truly respected and well liked by all of the employees that knew him well. All though he did not know me personally he would always smile and say hi to me as he would pass by me in the office.

My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family during your time of sorrow and may God bless all of you.

Ameline, Clement, Edward and Zack, I am very sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayer are with you all. I will always remember Peter for the way he made a decision and expressed it to us all. He told us, "It's just the right thing to do." And we all moved forward from there knowing it was just that, "the right thing to do". God Bless you all and God Bless Peter.
