Mr Romano taught us in 7th grade and I still remember the foundation for good grammar is dictated by logic. If we gave an answer in class "I chose that answer because it sounds correct", it was wrong because he demanded that we go beyond how something sounded and explore the underlying logic behind grammar rules. Peter taught all three of my children and challenged them to be their best. He was there for our family when my daughter needed to be home schooled. We will be forever greatfull. The same daughter graduated suma cum laud and is now teaching high school English . We had many great conversations over tea those few months. All who loved him have our prayers . It was a true blessing to have know him.
