Not sure what to say?

For Peter

Peter, our friend of many years,
Parting is not possible without some tears.
If the measure of a life is love received,
You were as golden as your friends believed.

It was modesty that made you so deserving,
While the Spirit of Life you tried to be serving.
Your life ended too soon for us to easily bear,
But for years to many, it had a value rare.

We know, it was far from perfect, to be sure.
Yet what in Life is all...

Pete Schindler was one of the best peple ever born. kind, caring, loving.I'm absolutely sure of this, because i know he was my father.Dad I love you
