Not sure what to say?

Dear Elinor and Sara,
My deepest sympathy for your loss of a great person husband, father, a good friend to all, He's going to be missed by all but He's waiting for all of us to join him once again. Pete! We'll see you again my friend! Peace Bro
"Higgy"

I remember Pete with that shy grin sitting in the back of my mom's caddy on the way to Willimantic hospital after my dog (Meisha) bit him. Somehow, I don't think he was loving riding in the constable's car - LOL! How things change with time.

I wish I had stayed in touch. From what I've read here, it sounds like Pete got even better with time - he was very special to a lot of people. My favorite memory of Pete is of him and Shep in the canoe in the middle of the lake. They always...

Yo Bro .............. A voice from the past to wish you a farewell, To your wife and daughter... I know you will miss him, he is at peace now. Pete and I did not just grew up togehter we were about as true brothers as one can be. We had so many memories, I regret that I did not get the chance to see him 1 last time.

Pete will be much missed. He gave so much to others and to Andover Lake - for a few years Pete and I were "joined at the hip" working together for ALPOA & ALMA. He gave so much to this Lake and will forever be appreciated and remembered.

El & Miss Sara....in time your memories will bring you a smile instead of a tear.
Peteee... you will be so missed.
Luv, Cindee

Elinor and Sara,
Though we did not know Pete well, we knew he was a good soul, and a good neighbor. Always a smiling face and a cheerful wave as we passed by your house. He was always willing to lend a hand. He will be missed.

If we can help you through this difficult time in any way, please let us.

Our heart aches for your loss.

Sincerely, your neighbors
Denise and Jennica Donegan

Elinor and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I will be donating to the Tragedy Assistance Program in Petey's name.
