Pete Smith was my radio companion back in 1969 in the wee small hours of the morning. I spent time with him, trying to stay awake, on KMPC Radio when I fed my newborn. Loved all the disc jockeys on KMPC then & into the 70's. RIP Pete, & thank you for your company!

P.S. Survivors should include his sister Cory Smith of Coos Bay.
