PETER URQUIDI Nov. 7, 1921-April 27, 2016, Today we say goodbye to a very special man, Peter C. Urquidi, who not only left his mark on the early days of the Las Vegas entertainment scene with the Peter and Hank Duo and his solo career, but he also left his mark on all those he touched. His kind-hearted nature and musical talent was the magic he possessed. Never was there a moment when his goodness, his smile along with all the love in his heart, was not felt by everyone who knew and loved him. His life journey was an unbelievable tale of goodness, compassion, family and love. Peter was a proud man, a good man, a wonderful companion; a loving husband, a gentle father and a beloved grandfather who was always giving of himself to make others happy. His love and music will live on in the hearts and minds of many. Together, we will always hold him in deeply within our heart and soul. A man like this only comes into your world once in a lifetime. For that, he will be eternally treasured. It's with great pride that I call this man, father. "Thank you for always giving of yourself and all your love. Most of all, thank you for setting such a beautiful example of how to be a wonderful human being. Thank you papa.
