Toni I was recently in the area and drove by the castle on the outside chance that I would be able to catch you home. You may remember me Barbara Horton Ciferri and I was with my sister Judy Smith who is Ronnie Smith's widow. You and Peter also met them when they came to the castle years ago as Ronnie was looking at Peter's carousels. Anyway sorry to have missed you. Joe and I often speak about our life when we lived and went to school in Millbrook and you and your parents and Peter and...

It's 2020 and your still in our hearts and prayers. Since your passing, you have let us know you are with us. Last Christmas, sitting under the bench was a paper. Lone paper. I picked it up and it was a letter from you. Stating that the wooden wabbit that you carved out of a tree was a gift to my Mom. Her birthday, Christmas gift. Everyday gift. Your letter found under the bench was the best gift of all. Reminding us that God and you lift our spirits every day. We Love you Pete. ...

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time.

As a graduated member of the Annandale Troupe, I was very surprised and saddened to learn of Mr. Wing's passing. I have so many fond memories of Mr. Wing and his family graciously allowing us children to invade their home on summer days while we practiced our Shakespeare on the magnificent stage built just for us. On particularly hot days, we were even allowed access to the 'moat' pool to cool off and relax for a while. These wonderful memories will stay with me throughout my life and it is...

Dear Charlie and family,
Please accept our most profound condolences.

Respectfully , your friends and brothers of Local 52 I.A.T.S.E.

Dear Toni
I'm so very sorry to hear of your husbands passing, please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Although I spent only a few hours with Mr. Wing in 2012, he made an impression that I will never forget. His vision, his humor, and most of all his heart will never be forgotten. My husband proposed to be that night we stayed in the castle. He was waiting for the right moment and, after meeting the Wings and seeing their beautiful home, he knew it was the perfect time and place. I think of the conversations we had with Mr. Wing often and I will continue to do so for the rest of my days....

Dear Toni and family I am so saddened by the news of Peters passing when I called on Thursday to talk to him. I was fortunate to stay at the castle this past summer. I truly enjoyed my stay, the greatest part of the stay was talking with the creator of this truly magnificent castle and the tour Peter gave me of the garage full of toys. I really think Peter took a liking to me as I surely did like his humor and the way he viewed things. I hope to someday visit again!!!! I will always be...
