Dear Maryanne, Nancy and I were at the VA hospital in West Roxbury yesterday and learned of Pete's passing three weeks ago. It hit us hard. Pete was such a rock of stability and good sense when we shared a room on the spinal cord injury ward at the hospital. I remember people telling me to listen to the therapists and give them 110%.
