I miss him so much. He was a great uncle. I love you kerry and can't wait to see you.

Phil was such a special part of my college years at UT and he will always be remembered. I send my deepest sympathy to his family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. We ran around together in High School and while we had gone our seperate ways during and after college, I still considered Phil a friend. He could light up a room and make everyone laugh. He will be missed.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of Phil. My thoughts and prayers go out to Dan, Linda and the entire Starsky family during this difficult time.

Kerry, I am so sorry to hear of your loss, Cassie had told me that Phil was sick but I wasn't aware. I miss you at the ball field and will keep you and the girls in my prayers.

My husband, Jeff Dabbelt, and I are so sorry to all of Phil's family and friends for your tremendous loss. Not only did Phil work for my parents for years, we also went to UT together and had the same major and graduated together. His friendship was a gift to me and he will be missed by all who knew him. We wish you all peace during this time of sorrow.

I am so sorry to learn of Phil's passing. While I did not know him well, I do remember seeing his smiling face on the UT campus when I was a student there too. My condolesences to his family.
