I loved Phil. I joined UBBC back in the early 2000's. He was one of the purest, most honest, most pleasant guy's I had ever met. On a Torrey outing, 10,12 years ago, Phil had ridden one of his vintage bikes and on the ride back to SL, the bike started losing power.
