We're sorry to hear of Phil's passing. We will always remember him relaxing in his favorite outdoor chair with a friendly hello or a wave to everyone who passed by. Lew enjoyed chatting with him over a beer from time-to-time and catching him up on condo affairs. It was fun bumping into you one time in Maine for more than a very casual chat.
