Helen,
We're sorry to hear of Phil's passing. We will always remember him relaxing in his favorite outdoor chair with a friendly hello or a wave to everyone who passed by. Lew enjoyed chatting with him over a beer from time-to-time and catching him up on condo affairs. It was fun bumping into you one time in Maine for more than a very casual chat.

Helen, I was so sorry to read about Phil's passing. I'll never forget how he helped us during a thunderstorm when our house on Copeland Street, Waltham caught on fire. Wishing you the best during this difficult time.
