Mary Beth,Kate,John and Families, Although Pat and I can not be there with you as we would like,please know that we are there with you in spirit. I have so many memeories of Phil from many years ago that will stay with me all of my life. The Teaberry Shuffle and his many kindnesses to me,and more. We lost a good and honest man with his passing and I will miss him,too.

To the Clark Family.....My first contact with Phil Clark was when I was in the 7th grade at St Patricks in Bridgeport. He was a Lieutenant in charge of the patrol boys that crossed the other kids. I guess I'm dating myself because they don't even have those programs anymore. Besides my Father, Lieutenant Clark was an inspiration for me to eventually become a police officer. Phil was a great friend of Bert and I. I have many fond memories of he and Nessie and the McMahon clan when we lived on Putnam St. He was a welcome visitor to our home and will be missed. Millie Meehan and family.
