In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. I was glad to have worked Philip as Chaplain's with OFFC.

I first met Phil in 1988 when I started teaching at ONU. He was always friendly and upbeat. When he left ONU, I wondered why. A few years ago I ran into Phil, once when he was officiating at a faculty funeral for Kristo Boyadzhiev. We reconnected then and soon became frequent correspondents on Facebook. Phil was always thoughful, friendly, and funny even amidst his failing health. He will be missed, but I am very thankful that our paths crossed however intermittently.

Phil was a friend to all, and I was lucky enough to share some good times with him and other friends. My sympathy to Ladonna and family. RIP Phil!

I have been a neighbor of Phil and LaDonna for only a few years but enough to learn what wonderful people they are, not least for their concern for other people. I am so admiring of the grace with which they both handled Phil's illness and last days.

RIP - Phil

I was sorry to hear about Phil. As a fellow pastor our pathes crossed many times and I always found Phil to be capable and caring. I hope you have many good memories of him.---Reverend Linda Stafford
