I was just made aware of Phil's passing and wanted to express my sorrow to his wife, Family & friends. We were Members of Beta Theta Pi at Ball State & I lived with Phil for several month's my junior year. I worked with Phil at Max & Erma's and had the opportunity to work with him again at Equity.

I fondly remember my chats with Phil on Monday mornings about his latest adventures. He was always kind to others and was great soul.

My prayers go out to his family at this difficult time.
