Not sure what to say?

Although I do not know Philip J. Foley, I feel that we are connected due to the fact that I am also a Philip J. Foley and my nickname is "PhilFo". I was shocked to find that another Philip Foley chose to connect 2 parts of their name, and that it was the 2nd half. I wish I could've met him.....

We had been away most of the summer, and on Friday when we saw so many cars at Phil's home, our hearts sank. We treasured the warmth of Phil's smile and appreciated the extra effort he made to be sure we received our mail, especially as we so often had it on hold for short periods of time. Our hearts go out to all of you in this time of sorrow. May your memories and the joy of having him in your life carry you through each day. Love and prayers,
Jane and Cliff Ives

To the Whole Foley Family, I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss of Phil. He was one of nicest guys I have ever met, and he made me smile each and every day I came in contact with him. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Dear Serena and the Foley Family: With fond memories of Phil and remembering what a great athlete he was. I am sorry to hear this news. I was traveling for work this week and I could not attend. With deepest sympathies.

To the Foley family,
I'm sorry for you loss, prayers

To the Foley family,

Please know how sorry we are to learn of Philip's passing. It seems like such a short time ago that each of our children were attending St. Patrick's School together.

We send our love and prayers to all of you in Maine. Please know that we are thinking of everyone throughout this most difficult time.

God bless,

Maggie and I are so sorry for your loss. Phil was our special mailman. As others have said, always with a smile or a story about his family. Washington Avenue will not be the same without him.

Always gave me a happy heart to hear you say 'hello, my friend'. That you said it so often says so much about you and your wonderful family. Whit
