Not sure what to say?

I'm a native of Magnolia Illinois, I reside in Canada now. I remember Phil from my days of growing up in Magnolia Illinois. I went to school with his son Brett. Just the other night I was thinking of my years in Magnolia. Phil was a good man. He was from what I could tell a Great Illinois State Policeman. Phil will be missed. Putnam County has lost a great leader.

Wish we could be there with you, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Dear Philip forever remembered , forever loved ! Marion

I got to know Phil during campaign season. What a gentleman. I looked up to him and wished that all law enforcement officers were more like him.

Nancy and family, Our sympathy to you and your family. Love and prayers.

Barb,Nancy, Brett, & Family, I know it was expected that this day would come, but it doesn't make it any easier when it happens... to actually lose someone you treasured so much. I remember him from all the gatherings at your home and he was a gentleman. He was also so blessed with skills such as woodworking... we still have the rockers he made us! Please accept our condolences. Hugs!

Nancy, We are so sorry for the loss of your Dad. We never had the privilege of meeting him but felt like we knew him from the loving way you always spoke of him. Peace and love to you and Phillip and the rest of your family.
