My daughter Anna “adopted” Phil in 2020 as a service project. What was a small project for school turned into a sweet friendship. We visited Phil often, Anna painted him pictures and we brought him some of his fav Strawberry jam. Anna was devastated to hear of Phil’s passing. He was such a sweet man. Prayers for his family.
