My thoughts are with Phil's family. I went to prayer group with my mom and Phil and Virginia attended many years ago. I was young then. Through out the years I would see them at my job shopping. The memory that i have of him is how he was always smiling and in great spirits. He always asked about my mom and how she was doing.
