Phil guided Neighborhood House as its President (1983-1987), including successful efforts to create an endowment fund at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, a...

I adored and admired Phil. We were on the w.h.brady foundation board and worked together for many years while Elizabeth Brady Lurie was the chairman. We did charitable gifting to the Milwaukee area and we were influential in United States public policy.
